Four levels Mediterranean style building with only 12 comfortable and nicely decorated suites from 430 to 540 square feet (40 to 50 m2) plus terrace area. Four of our suites are small and eight are large.

A friendly atmosphere and the tranquility of a small hotel are perfectly combined with the comfort, amenities and large spaces of our suites with their private balconies.

Ideal for short or long vacations for couples and families. English spoken and the property is family owned and operated. Allow us to give you our personal and friendly attention with a Mexican flavor.

Suite's Accommodations...

All Suites have a bedroom with Queen bed, living-dining room with studio couch than can accommodate up to two additional adult guests, equipped kitchenette (two electric burners, sink, refrigerator and dinning ware), private bath with hot water, terrace, individual air conditioner, fan, color TV (cable with 50+ channels) and telephone. Large suites have an additional single bed. Limited cots available if necessary.

Swimming pool in ground floor, Bar, Fax, E-Mail (receive-send), Tourist information and more. Wi-Fi Internet from 9:30am 'till 11:00pm (coverage only around lobby area, you must have your own laptop). For your convenience at the front desk we have Blenders, Coffee Pots and Toasters for rent to our guests. OTHER SERVICES: Certified Tours Operator Agency (local tours, side-trips, fishing, diving, fiestas, etc; special discount for our guests). Professional Manicure-Pedicure service in your suite (by appointment only), Certified Massage Therapists service in your suite (Swedish, Reflexology, Shiatzu, etc; by appointment only). Doctor (on call).

In charming Zihuatanejo by Plaza Kioto area. In front of Plaza Los Faroles (small park) within a typical residential area. Four blocks from Principal beach and the heart of Downtown. Five from La Madera beach and four from Mercado Municipal (Farmer's Market). Grocery stores, bakery and restaurants within few steps.

Check-In & Check-Out...

Check-Out is at 1:00 p.m. Check-In begins at 3:00 p.m. We allow check-in after 9:00 a.m. without extra charge if we have availability of the type of suite reserved or requested. If you arrive prior to our check-in time, you can leave your luggage at the front desk for custody.

Others...

For repetitive clients we offer at no charge, a storage box for safe keeping of personal belongings that they don't want to return and bring back on next trip (appliances, etc.)
